Project Overview: New Construction consists of extensive site work for two new buildings and upgrades to the existing building.
Building A: 14,000 square feet of office and warehouse space consisting of 10-foot concrete tilt-up walls and steel structure to hold 10 ton, 80-foot clear span crane.
Building B: Existing structure with electrical and sprinkler upgrades
Building C: 18,000 square foot warehouse consists of 10-foot concrete tilt-up walls and steel structure with 10-ton, 80-foot clear span crane.
